Recorded in Fall of 2017, 'Life Finds A Way' marks the return and rebirth of Reed Benjamin. Written and recorded during a time of brief sobriety, the subject matter and cohesion of these songs are a stark contrast with his earlier work, both more personal and darker in tone. Inspired by life events of 2017- mainly the birth of his first son and death of a close family member, Reed explores his relationship with his family, depression, alcoholism, fatherhood, existentialism and mortality. While written, recorded and mixed by Reed himself, all the production is done by long-time friends or family members, making this album truly his most personal to date.
